GRWM For The Gym & Fitness Frustrations

Staying fit can be a constant struggle for many people. It can be a challenge to find the time and energy to exercise regularly, especially if you have a busy schedule.  It’s easy to lose motivation and fall back into old habits especially when things aren’t going your way. You might be having a day where you’re not feeling like anything fits and you can’t find anything to wear to the gym. Or you might be having an absentminded moment and forget your shoes at home. This is when it’s time to dig deep and to keep going even if you don’t want to . 

Another common struggle is staying motivated in the face of setbacks or obstacles. It’s important to remember that setbacks are a normal part of the process and not to let them discourage you. Try to focus on your progress and the positive changes you’ve made, rather than dwelling on any setbacks.

Here is my recent trip to the gym when everything seemed to be going wrong and I easily could’ve given up and not go to the gym. I was able to preserve and get a workout in. I also showed my workout gear which is a pretty simple outfit. Enjoy!
